We provide Adult Swim classes that caters to a variety of skill levels.

Basic Swim - Learning the basic 4 strokes (Freestyle, Breaststroke, Backstroke, Butterfly)

General Fitness - perfect for those who already know how to swim and desire to have a regular programme as part of their workout routine.

Advanced Swim (Stroke Correction/Progression) - Perfecting your current skill set and making your swimming more efficient. This is great for individuals who have performance based goals.

Triathlon Preparation (Swimming) - Correcting strokes and training endurance to increase efficiency and timing in open water swimming during your Triathlon events.
